Oysters Pairings: The Best Wines, Beers, Spirits, Champagne and Cocktails to Enjoy with Oysters!

Oyster wine pairing

The wine is always a fan favorite.  Because the oyster's flavor is salty and delicate, you'll want a light, fresh wine to really let the seafood shine.

Straight from our menu, you'll notice several zesty and refreshing whites. Our Pinot Blanc L Аmi des Chrгstakes, Gustave Lorenеz hails from the Alsace region of France and has perfectly balanced notes of green apple and lemon, helping to highlight the fresh flavour of the oysters.

If you're craving something equally citrusy, our Sancerre -Sauvignon Blanc  Barton & Guestier is crafted from a deep floral bouquet with delicious citrus notes that pair perfectly with the briny flavour of the oysters.

Our Shablis Josepf  Drouhin is another fantastic pairing with oysters. With notes of apple, lemon and melon, the crisp sip of this drink combined with a breath of sea freshness is the perfect pairing with oysters.

When it comes to sparkling and champagne, our Taittinger Brut Reserve is the perfect accompaniment to a special occasion (or just a fancy dinner). Better yet, if you're looking for a simple twist of lemon and lime, try Prosecco  Veroccio for a bold, sparkling pairing with oysters.

Oysters and cocktails

Sure, wine and oyster pairing sounds right, but what sounds even better? A combination of cocktail and oyster. Cocktails  Finlandia Caviar are delicious and varied, with something fresh and semi-sweet depending on your mood.

If you're looking for something savory, Oyster Shootesr will never disappoint.

And for a seasonal drink to pair with your lobster, try our Lacquer Spritz, made with Aperol, cloudberries and prosecco.

However, if you are looking for real elegance, a sweet and gentle partner for oysters - the Arctic Blue Gin and Tonic, with fresh blueberries, is absolutely stunning and perfect for any occasion.

Beer and oysters

If beer is more your style, our cold smoked Kaski lager is a great choice.

Oysters with spirits

If you prefer vodka, we have plenty of that too. The clean and neutral profile of Finnish vodka allows it to complement the subtle flavor of the oyster without overpowering it. Or vodka with a hint of lemon can be a truly elegant choice.
